Ivica has completed many projects for various clients. He is a focused individual that can easily adapt to any demands of project, whether it’s a new construction or an older period home.

Ivica has enjoyed a varied career, including merchandising, styling for photo shoots, sales & marketing as well as an in depth Hotel Management Experience.

Ivica has always had a passion for design and interior spaces, and wanted to pursue a career that is both creative and rewarding. His background in styling, merchandising and sales has come together in a whole new venture!

Ofelia joined Toker Property Group as an administrative assistant and has been involved in the many aspects of the real estate industry from scheduling, transaction coordination and office support.

She enjoys all of the aspects of these roles and the diversity the position offers.

Her strengths are in developing, implementing and organizing new systems and process and refining them until they are as efficient as possible.

Ofelia brings a great deal of experience in many different administrative roles and pushes herself to be the best at what she does. She also believes that client satisfaction is paramount to the company’s success and will do as much as she could to deliver exceptional service to deliver a positive client experience.

In her spare time, Ofelia loves to bake (and eat) but she tries to burn off the calories by doing a lot of physical sports like running, swimming, hiking and cycling to name a few.
