- Show you MLS® properties that match your requirements and that you are interested in.
- Prepare a market evaluation on any home that you are interested in making an offer on.
- Safeguard your interests with a binding contract.
- Use tactful negotiating skills to manage all offers, counter offers and multiple offers, so you your offer is accepted with the price, terms and conditions that you are comfortable with.
- Review and counsel, you on all offers, counter offers and multiple offers.
- Provide you with an estimate of your closing costs.
- Accompany you to all inspections from start to finish.
- Save you time and help meet your move-in deadline.
- Oversee paperwork throughout the transaction and closing.
