  • Prepare a market evaluation on any home that you are interested in making an offer on.
  • Safeguard your interests with a binding contract.
  • Use tactful negotiating skills to manage all offers, counter offers and multiple offers, so you your offer is accepted with the price, terms and conditions that you are comfortable with.
  • Review and counsel, you on all offers, counter offers and multiple offers.
  • Provide you with an estimate of your closing costs.
  • Accompany you to all inspections from start to finish.
